About Me
I am a hard of hearing, bilingual speech language pathologist and teacher. I have been working with children, teens, and young adults in school, home, and community settings for over 10 years.
I grew up in New England and currently live in the Boston area. I completed my Masters of Science in Communication Sciences and Disorders at Emerson College in 2014, and hold state SLP and teaching licensure through the Massachusetts Department of Elementary and Secondary Education, as well as my Certificate of Clinical Competence through the American Speech, Language, and Hearing Association. In addition to my work as a speech language pathologist, I have held jobs in many settings, including as a HeadStart classroom teacher, a classroom aide in a school for young adults with Autism, and a Floortime play therapist. A constant in my personal and professional life is a love of learning and a love of teaching. |
